The house is situated on the top of a typically « provençal » village with its alleys and calades.  The village is not far from Uzes. The house stands in a quiet place, but not isolated. From the terrace you get a very nice panoramic view on the garrigue.

Uzès, old Duché and medieval city, has kept the entire charm of its historical past.

This city has got a life all year round.  It is quite nice to go there for a walk in the  pedestrian street, or finding nice places or typical restaurants. 

Its (open air) market is known as one of the most pleasant of Provence.
